Shipping Policy

At Bean Redeemed Coffee Co., we aim to ensure every order is delivered promptly, safely, and with care. This policy outlines the details of how and when items are shipped.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to weather or supplier issues, customers will be notified via email.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping is available within the United States only.Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.Expedited options may be available at an additional cost.

Local Pickup (if applicable)

If local pickup is available at events or in the Chesapeake area, customers will receive pickup instructions by email once the order is ready.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Bean Redeemed Coffee Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details so we can help resolve the issue.

​Return Policy

At Bean Redeemed Coffee Co., customer satisfaction matters deeply. While many of our products are made fresh or customized, we do offer returns or refunds in certain situations as outlined below.

Returns

Eligible Items: Unused, unopened merchandise (such as apparel, accessories, or sealed products) may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items: Perishable goods (e.g., coffee beans, syrups), gift cards, and custom products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable). We’ll make it right.
